1. Eligibility 

1.1. All credit cardholders.

1.2. Eligible Spending includes qualifying transactions: 

a) Point-of-Sales (POS) transactions; 

1.3. The following are not eligible: 

a) Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, and other card types;

b) Online purchases. 

c) Apple pay and Samsung pay are not eligible

2. General Conditions

2.1. The offer is given in the form of instant 15% discount 

2.2. The offer does not apply to products included in the discounts offered at Max Fashion stores

2.3. Instant discount is applicable upon purchasing 

2.4. Offer is not applicable on cancelled/reversed transaction

2.5. The Bank reserves the right to cancel, extend, or amend the terms of this Campaign at its sole discretion, subject to regulatory approval.

3. Final Decision

The Bank’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to this Campaign, and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
