The Be Zahiya Credit Card Acquisition Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Sohar International Bank SAOG (“Bank Sohar” or the “Bank”) in collaboration with Visa International (“Visa”), under the She’s Next initiative (collectively, the “Organizers”).

The Campaign offers eligible participants the opportunity to win an international travel prize upon successfully applying for and being issued an eligible credit card, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The Campaign will run from 10 February 2026 until 16 April 2026 (the “Campaign Period”).

Only credit card applications submitted and approved during the Campaign Period will be eligible. Applications submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

The Organizers reserve the right to amend, shorten, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman and the requirements of the Central Bank of Oman.

To be eligible to participate, applicants must:

• Be female
• Be eighteen (18) years of age or older
• Be a resident of the Sultanate of Oman
• Successfully apply for and be issued either: 
  • Be Zahiya Visa Platinum Credit Card, or
  • Zahiya Plus Signature  Visa Credit Card

• Meet all Bank Sohar credit approval, documentation, and regulatory requirements

  Employees of Bank Sohar, Visa, their affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  Approval and issuance of credit cards are subject to the Bank’s internal credit policies and the regulations of the Central Bank of Oman (CBO). Eligible participants must sign the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and agree to the Bank’s standard Credit Card Terms and Conditions,  including the applicable Schedule of Charges. 

Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the Campaign upon successful approval and issuance of an eligible credit card during the Campaign Period. No additional purchase or transaction is required.

Two (2) winners will be selected, each receiving one (1) travel prize for two (2) persons (winner plus one accompanying guest):

• Prize A: VISA Luxe Escape – Maldives Edition
• Prize B: Luxury Escape – Phuket, Thailand

Prize Allocation

• Winners cannot choose their destination
• Destinations will be assigned at random
• One winner will receive the Maldives prize and one winner will receive the Thailand prize
• The prize awarded is final and nonnegotiable

6.2 Thailand Prize – Package Inclusions (for 2 PAX)

• Return Economy Class flights from Muscat to Phuket with Emirates
• Private luxury airport transfers
• All meals included, with halalfriendly dining options available
• Daily curated experiences including: 
• Thai spa ritual for two
• Sunset beach dining
• Private longtail boat tour of Phang Nga Bay
• Dedicated Event Manager and endtoend guest management
• Personalised guest communications and custom branding

• A minimum lead time of three (3) months is required for travel planning after winner confirmation
• Travel dates, once confirmed, cannot be changed
• All flights, accommodation, and experiences are subject to availability
• The Organizers reserve the right to substitute any component with an alternative of equal or greater value if required

Exclusions (Both Prizes)

• Travel visas
• Travel insurance
• Passports and personal documentation
• Any personal expenses or costs not expressly included

• Prizes are nontransferable, nonexchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
• The Bank is not liable if a winner is unable to travel due to, without limitation, visa rejections, travel bans, or judicial orders.  If a winner is unreachable or fails to provide required documents within seven (7) working days, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the price or select an alternative winner. 
• The Organizers shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to force majeure events, travel restrictions, or regulatory requirements

This Campaign is conducted in accordance with:

• Laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman
• Regulations and guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Oman
• Applicable consumer protection, advertising, and data protection laws
   

By participating, applicants consent to the Bank and Visa processing their personal data for campaign administration and marketing purposes, in alignment with the applicable laws and regulations.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
