Launched in 2018, “Tomohi” Program stands as one of Sohar International’s flagship initiatives, dedicated to nurturing and empowering talented Omani graduates. Now in its fourth cohort, the program has proudly graduated 60 participants since inception, underscoring our unwavering commitment to investing in national talent and cultivating the next generation of leaders in Oman’s banking sector.
Designed as a year-long internship, “Tomohi” bridges the gap between academic learning and practical, real-world application. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, and structured learning experiences, participants gain valuable exposure to day-to-day banking operations while honing both their technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
